Zhuang Shiping and Li Gang were the officiating guests. He also finished a huge painting Singing of Pomegranate. On December 20, "Chinese Painting Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing" was inaugurated at the Great Hall of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in Beijing. Many well-known people came to the opening ceremony. Wang Zhongyu, and Zhang Menying, vice chairmen of CPPCC National Committee, Han Qide, vice chairman of National People's Congress, Sun Huaishan, deputy secretary-general of CPPCC National Committee, as well as Wang Meng, Bai Xueshi, Feng Qiyong, Wan Boao, Wang Mingming, Liu Dawei, Liu Boshu, Zou Peizhu, Sheng Yang, and Dai Zhichi attended the opening ceremony. Chen Lvsheng hosted the Seminar of Siu Fai Wing's Arts. He received excellent review from the national capital art society. On December 26, "Chinese Painting Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing" was inaugurated at the Liu Haisu Art Gallery. Zhuang Junsheng, Chen Dong, and Shi Dawei were the officiating guests of opening ceremony. Wan Qingli, Tang Yilan and Zhang Peicheng hosted the Seminar of Siu Fai Wing's Arts. This year, Siu Fai Wing finished his exhibition tour on nine cities. His exhibitions were reported extensively on the major media. He received very good review on his art works in each city. He finished a huge painting Peonies.

2006

In January, he was chosen as the Cover Figure of the Art Market Magazine, which was supervised by People's Republic of China Ministry of Culture. An article, the Art of Siu Fai Wing was also issued. He finished his painting Ripe Fruits and Vegetables. In March, invited by the Calligraphy and Painting Department of the National Committee of CPPCC, he attended the Spring Gathering and painted together with Yang Lizhou. The painting was collected by the National Committee of CPPCC. In the middle of this month, he started to paint a huge painting, Ten Thousand Plum Blossoms Greeting Auspicious Moment and completed in the middle of May. On May 21, both "Painting Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing" and "Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing's Collection" were held as the opening activities of Celebration of the Establishment of Zhejiang University. He also gave a lecture at the event. The Zhejiang TV shot a feature film talking about his activities. In July, he hosted "Painting Exhibition of Kong Zhongqi, Qian Dali and Tang Yilan", and painted together with these three artists. Painting Album Elite of the Century Painting Section-Siu Fai Wing was published by Lijiang Publishing House. He and his wife were invited to the "Art World's Golden Interflowing-Trip to the East" activity which was held by both the Ministry of Culture and Hebei Provincial People's Government. He painted a painting during the event as a souvenir for the Ministry of Culture and Hebei Provincial People's Government. On September 1, "Chinese Painting Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing", hosted by China International Culture Exchange Center and Xiling Seal Association was held at Japan-China Friendship Center in Tokyo, Japan. The event was supported by Embassy Of the People's Republic of China in Japan, China Artists Association, Research Institute of Chinese Paintings, Japan-China Friendship Association, the Association for the Promotion of International Trade in Japan, the Japan-China Cultural Exchange Association, Japan-China Friendship Alliance of Councilors, Japan-China Economic Association, Japan-China Friendship Association, Xi'an Art Academy, Chinese Painting Academy of Jiangsu province, Zhejiang University Art Academy, People's Daily Shen Zhou Art Academy, Hong Kong Wen Wei Po and other associations. Wang Yi, Consulate-General of PRC in Japan, Nobuhiko Higashikuni, nephew of the Emperor of Japan, Lin Liyun, vice chairman of China International Culture Exchange Center and other celebrities attended the event together to cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony. Painting album Merging the Past and the Present-the Art of Siu Fai Wing was published by Hebei Education Publishing House. On September 2, Akie Anbe and his wife had dinner with the representatives from Siu Fai Wing's exhibition team. On September 3, Mrs. Shinzo Anbe, wife of Akie Anbe attended the exhibition and received Siu Fai Wing's plum-blossom painting as a gift which was hanged on the wall at her house. On September 5, He Degong, reporter of Xinhua News issued an article on the Cankaoxiaoxi Newspaper, stated that Siu's arts and the art exhibition in Japan was highly praised. On September 10, he was invited to create a painting Spring Breeze of a Hundred Thousand Mile for the new building of Central United Front Work Department.

2007

On January 17, a full page report "Unusual CEO-Siu Fai Wing" was issued on Hong Kong Commercial Daily. On January 30, the Japan-China News in Japan spent a whole page to introduce Siu's arts and named him as“The Master of Modern Chinese Painting”. On February 7, he was invited to demonstrate the painting at the New Year program of Shantou TV. On March 28, he was invited to attend the opening ceremony of "Art Exhibition of Cheng Shifa" held at Shenzhen Art Museum. He also gave a speech on the seminar. On April 5, he joined the Chinese Artists Delegation which was organized by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and China Artists Association. As one of the eight representative Chinese painters together with Liu Dawei, Feng Yuan, Long Rui, Liu Guohui, Zhang Lichen, Jiang Baolin, and Dai Wei, they visited Japan and held an joint exhibition at Japan-China Friendship Center. On April 12, his painting Spring was displayed in the exhibition "Calligraphy and Painting of Zhejiang University" in Hong Kong City Hall.

The event was organized by Hong Kong Gallery. On April 17, he attended the press conference of "Century Global Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition" which was jointly organized by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, China Overseas Friendship Association, and Hong Kong Wen Wei Po newspaper. He painted together with Deng Lin, Jiang Baolin, and other artists. He also finished a painting Bauhinias which was displayed at the exhibition and later on collected by Hong Kong Wen Wei Po newspaper. From May 3 to 6, "Chinese Painting Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing" was inaugurated at Hong Kong City Hall. The event was jointly organized by China Artists Association, Chinese National Painting Academy, and Beijing Painting Academy. On June 9, his painting was selected to publish on Art of Calligraphy and Painting Volume of Chinese Cultural Heritage Yearbook. From July 1 to 8, "Chinese Painting Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing" was held by China Artists Association, Chinese National Painting Academy, and Beijing Painting Academy at Beijing Painting Academy center. Zhang Siqing, vice Chairman of CPPCC National Committee and famous painters, such as Bai Xueshi, Feng Yuan and Wang Mingming all attended to cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony. On July 21, he attended the "Joint Exhibition of Calligraphy and Paintings by Ten Guangzhou and Hong Kong Artists" in Guangzhou. On August 5, his huge paintings Thousand Plum Blossoms Greeting Auspicious Moment and The Fragrance of Winter were issued on People's Daily newspaper. On August 13, invited by Ministry of Culture, he participated in the "Art World's Golden Interflowing", which was jointly organized by Ministry of Culture and Henan Provincial Government. He painted together with famous artists in China during the trips. On August 29, his paintings Friendship of Taro and Potato, Ode of Plum Blossoms and Thousand Plum Blossoms Greeting Auspicious Moment were issued on Hong Kong Wen Wei Po newspaper. From August 30 to September 3, "Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing's Chinese Paintings and Sculpture" hosted by the committee of the 14^th Beijing International Book Fair Expo at Beijing China International Exhibition Center. The premiere of a Art and cultural TV program "Siu Fai Wing-The Artistic Pursuits of a Master" was also held at the same event. On September 3, he was invited to accompany Zhang Siqing, vice Chairman of CPPCC National Committee to cut the ribbon for the "Painting Exhibition of Fang Youmin". On September 16, his bronze sculpture Plum Blossoms and Chinese painting Thousand Plum-blossoms Greeting Auspicious Moment were issued on Hong Kong Commercial Daily newspaper. On October 14, his Chinese painting Sping Breeze of a Hundren Thousand Mile was issued on Ta Kung Pao newspaper. On October 21, his Chinese painting Sping Breeze of a Hundren Thousand Mile was published on Hong Kong Commercial Daily newspaper. On December 30, his sculpture Holy Flame was published on Hong Kong Commercial Daily newspaper. On December 31, his sculpture Holy Flame was collected by Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee as a gift representing from Hong Kong citizen. The Handover Ceremony was held at the Hong Kong Time Square when thousands of people joined the Countdown to welcome the new year. This year, he completed several important Chinese Paintings, such as Spring Landscape、Spring Landscape（a set of four scrolls）、 Ode of Plum Blossoms.

On January 1, an article "Holy Flame-Expressing the Olympic Spirit" was issued on Ta Kung Pao newspaper as good evaluation and compliment to Siu Fai Wing's artistic spirit. From January 22 to February 17, "Exhibition of Chinese Paintings by Siu Fai Wing" was held at Lu Yanshao Art Institute in Shanghai by China Artists Association, Chinese National Painting Academy, and Lu Yanshao Art Institute. On February 22, he received the "2007 Contribution Award" issued by the Art Market Evaluation Committee of the Ministry of Culture. In March, his sculpture Holy Flame was collected by the Central People's Government Liaison Office in Hong Kong and was displayed at their assembly hall. In April, his sculpture Holy Flame was collected by the Central United Front Work Department. On May 9, his paintings Love Cleanness and Thousand Plum Blossoms Greeting Auspicious Moment were published in the People's Daily overseas edition. From May 14 to May 18, invited by Chinese participation parties, the honorable guest of the Seoul International Book Fair, he and Wu Chunhe held a jointly exhibition of calligraphy and paintings at the International Exhibition Center at Seoul, Korea. In June, Chinese painting Gathering of Plum Blossoms and their Friends was selected to participate at the "2008 Third China Beijing International Art Exhibition". On June 15, his painted pottery hanging plate "Unlimited Spring" dedicated for the Beijing Olympics was published on "Hong Kong Commercial Daily" newspaper. The plate was used as souvenir of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. It was presented as a gift to participating delegations from Hong Kong, Peru, and the International Olympic Committee member, such as Huo Zhenting and Princess Donna·Bilal. On June 23, he donated a Chinese painting, Plum Blossom in Spring for charity sale at the Photo Exhibition of Wenchuan Earthquake Relief. In September, his bronze sculpture Plain Sailing was collected by the China Sculpture Institute. In October, Sheng Yang, director of Sculpture Committee of China Artists Association, professor of Central Academy of Fine Arts wrote an article "Engraving knife as paint brush; clay as ink" as the preface of Sculpture Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing. In November, his bronze sculpture Crane and Goose was collected by the Shenzhen Art Museum. On the December 10, he attended the 6^th Representative Meeting of China Artists Association. He was elected as the director of China Artists Association, On December 27, his exhibition "The Art of Siu Fai Wing" was held at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in Taipei. "The Art of Siu Fai Wing-Calligraphy and Paintings" magazine was published at the same time. His sculpture The Derry of Spring was collected by Xiao Wanchang which was kept at his official mansion. His Chinese painting East Wind Returns with Spring was collected by the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in Taipei. This year, he completed several important Chinese paintings, such as Delicate fragrance, The Rising Sun, Morning Sunlight, Light of Spring, Harmony– Long Standing, and Ancient Plum Blossoms.

2009

On March 2, "The Art of Siu Fai Wing-Chinese Painting and Sculpture" was held at Shenzhen Art Museum organized by China Artists Association, the China Sculpture Institute., Shenzhen Press Group, and Shenzhen Art Museum. Nearly five hundred guests, including Li Gang, deputy director of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong SAR; Li Hao, former Party Secretary of Shenzhen Municipal party committee; Wang Jingsheng, member of the standing Committee of Shenzhen Municipal and Publicity Minister; Huang Yanglue, chairman of Shenzhen Press Group; Dong Xiaoming, chairman of Shenzhen branch of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles; professor Sheng Yang, director of Sculpture Committee of China Artists Association; famous sculptor Pan He; and famous painter Wang Ziwu attended the opening ceremony. In March, his bronze sculpture Crane and Goose was collected by Pan He Sculpture Garden. His Painting Brightness of Plum Blossoms was bought and collected by the Hong Kong Heritage Museum. On April 9, "The Art of Siu Fai Wing-Literati Sculpture" was held at the Zhejiang University and he was invited to give lectures at the event. On May 15, "The Art of Siu Fai Wing-Chinese Paintings and Sculpture" was jointly organized by China Artists Association, Chinese Art Research Institute, China Sculpture Institute，National Urban Sculpture Committee，Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, Art Academy of Zhejiang University, Zhuhai Municipal Propaganda Department of the CPC, and Gu Yuan Art Museum at Gu Yuan Art Museum in Zhuhai. Literature Sculpture-Works by Siu Fai Wing was also published at the same time. Li Zhuobin, the vice chairman of China Zhi Gong Dang; Zhao Guangting, secretary-General of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong SAR; Wu Changjiang, executive vice chairman; Xu Qinsong, vice chairman of China Artists Association; Jiang Fengyi, deputy director of the China National Museum; Huang Xiaodong, member of the standing Committee of Zhuhai Municipal Committee and Publicity Minister; famous sculptors, Sheng Yang and Cao Chunsheng cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony. On May 25, his Chinese painting Thousand Plum Blossoms Greeting Auspicious Moment was sold at Christie's auction in Hong Kong at the price of HKD 4,100,000. On June 10, "The Art of Siu Fai Wing-Chinese Paintings and Sculpture" was jointly organized by China Artists Association, Chinese Art Research Institute, China Sculpture Institute，Art Academy of Zhejiang University, Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, People's Daily Shen Zhou Art Academy, Jiangsu Overseas Friendship Association, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Overseas Committee of the CPPCC of Jiangsu Provincial, Jiangsu Art Gallery, China Artists Association of Jiangsu branch, Jiangsu Provincial Art Academy, and Department of Cultural Affairs of Zhenjiang at Zhenjiang Art Museum. Gao Yun, Yan Gongda, Song Yulin, Xiao Ping, and leaders of Zhenjiang city cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony. On July 1, his painting Spring Snow and sculpture Fatherland was collected by China National Museum. On September 8, his painting Harmony was selected to participate in the 11^th Exhibitions of National Art Works and Exhibitions of National Art Works. On September 9, the Ceremony of Donation of Siu Fai Wing's Art Works and Establishment of Siu Fai Wing Plum Blossom Art Museum Agreement Signing was held in Nanjing Zhongshan College. "Siu Fai Wing Plum Blossom Art Museum" was set up permanently at Plum Blossom Mountain of the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum in Nanjing. Wang Meng former Minister of Culture inscribed the title. On September 20, an article "Celebrating the National day with Siu Fai Wing's painting Harmony" and three paintings of the Harmony series were published on "Hong Kong Commercial Daily" newspaper. On October 1, China News Special-Famous artist-Siu Fai Wing was published by China News Agency. On October 28, "Art Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing-Chinese Painting and Sculpture" was held at the Fujian Art Museum, organized by China Artists Association, Chinese Painting Academy, and Fujian Art Museum. In December, Siu Fai Wing Museum of Art was permanently established in Shantou. This year, he completed the Harmony series.

2010

On February 26, the Opening of "Siu Fai Wing Plum Blossom Art Museum and Exhibition" of Donated works were held at the Sun Yat­sen Mausoleum in Nanjing. Lin Liyun, member of the standing Committee of NPC and consultant of the Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Strait, Zhou Min, vice chairman of Jiangsu Province CPPCC and minister of Jiangsu Provincial Committee United Front Work Department, Li Xicheng, director of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Overseas Committee of the CPPCC of Jiangsu Provincial, Wang Pengshan, the Secretary of Administration of Bureau of the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum and famous artists Song Yulin, Fu Ershi, Xiao Ping and Gao Yun attended the opening ceremony. On April 18, "China (Weifang) the Third Art Exhibition of Painting and Calligraphy-Exhibition of Professor Siu Fai Wing's Works" was held at China Weifang Fuhua International Exhibition Center. Wang Wenzhang, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Culture and Liu Dawei, chairman of China Artists Association attended the opening ceremony. On May 11, he established Lingdong Sculpture Academy and became the chairman of Board of Directors. "Literati Sculpture-Solo Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing's Works" was also opened. Luo Yangpeng, chairman of Shantou CPPCC and famous artists, such as Pan He, Sheng Yang and Chao Chunsheng sttended the opening ceremony. On the May 18, the southern base for creation of China Sculpture Institute was set up at the Shantou Art and Cultural Plaza. Wu Weishan, curator of China Sculpture Institute, Luo Yangpeng, chairman of Shantou CPPCC, Xie Keng, vice chairman of Shantou CPPCC, and Siu hosted the unveiling ceremony together. On June 29, "Art Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing" was held at the second floor exhibition hall on the Shantou Art and Cultural Plaza. He also established "Lingdong Museum of Art" and became the chairman of Board of Directors. Lin Liyun, member of the standing Committee of NPC and consultant of the Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Strait attended the opening ceremony. On September 10, China News Special-Hong Kong Artistic and Literary Realm-Brings Honor to the Chinese Culture special edition (Expo Special, English and Chinese Versions) was published by China News Agency. On September 12, Shantou Special Economic Zone Art and Cultural Plaza established by Siu Fai Wing was inaugurated and the opening ceremony was held. Meanwhile, "Celebration of 61^st Anniversary of the Establishment of People's Republic of China" was held. Hundreds of guests, such as Li Hao, member of the standing Committee of NPC and former Party Secretary of Shenzhen Municipal party committee, Xiao Tianzan, Taiwan celebrity, Yang Liuchang, the Secretary of the Central Taiwan Affairs Office, and officer from Shantou government attended the opening ceremony. That year, he completed several huge paintings, such as Morning Sunlight(A set of four scrolls)、 Ten Thousand Lotus, Plum Blossoms and Banana leaves, Spring of China, Brilliant Morning Scenery, Sunrise from East. He also drew some small but very fine paintings. He finished a set of calligraphy in bird-insect seal script as well.

2011

On January 18, he organized and hosted three events: "Exhibition of Sun Xingge's works for the Anniversary of His 113 Birthday", "Exhibition of Calligraphy and Paintings by Famous Modern Artists", and "The 3^rd Fine Painting Exhibition of Western China". All exhibitions were held at the Shantou Art and Cultural Plaza. In March, invited by the Defense Department, he participated in the "Invitation Exhibition of Paintings and Calligraphy for Celebration of Sixtieth Anniversary of New China's Military Diplomacy". On April 16, he attended the opening ceremony of First Chinese Painting Exhibition. He also attended the seminar together with Sun Ke, Xue Yongnian, and Fu Ershi. His Chinese paintings, such as Sunrise from East, Spring Scenery of Motherland, Plum Blossoms and Banana Leaves, Brilliant Morning Scenery, and Ten Thousand Lotus were displayed at the exhibition. He also did the interview with Weifang Evening News newspaper. On May 10, he planed and hosted the activity of "Anniversary of Mr. Zhuang Shiping's 100^th Birthday" He also hosted a lecture section "Zhou Enlai, Deng Yingchao inspire me to move forward forever" given by Zhao Wei, secretary of Zhou Enlai and Deng Yingchao. On June 22, he joined the Delegation of Provincial CPPCC Fellowship to visit Beijing. He met and had friendly conversation with Xi Jinping, member of the standing Committee of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and vice chairman of the country. On June 28, in order to celebrate the 90^th anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party, "Sunrise from East-Chinese Painting Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing" was held in CPPCC National Committee hall. The event was hosted by China Gallery Research Society and was jointly organized by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, China Artists Association, Arts Division of Ministry of Culture of People's Republic of China, Propaganda, Culture and Sports Department of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong SAR, National Painting Academy, and Hong Kong Provincial CPPCC Association. The exhibition was also supported by Calligraphy and Paintings Studio of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee. His album "Sunrise from East-Chinese Paintings by Siu Fai Wing" was published. Abulaiti·Amudurexiti, vice chairman of the National Committee of the CPPCC; Sun Jiazheng, vice chairman of the National Committee of the CPPCC and chairman of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Zhang Siqing, former vice chairman of the National Committee of the CPPCC; Sun Huaishan, office party secretary and the secretary-general of the National Committee of the CPPCC; Tan Zhigang, member of the standing Committee of the National Committee of the CPPCC and vice chairman of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Li Zhuobin, the vice chairman of China Zhi Gong Dang, Feng Yuan, member of the National Committee of the CPPCC and member of the party and vice chairman of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Wu Changjiang, vice chairman and party secretary of China Artists Association; and Dong Wei, director of the art department of the Ministry of culture cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony. Feng Yuan gave out a speech and had high regard for Siu's paintings. On July 26, he attended the establishment ceremony of Chinese Painting Society which was in charge by the Ministry of culture. He became the founding director and painted together with famous painters in mainland China. On July 27, he went to Hohhot, Inner Mongolia to participate in the large scale culture exchange activity, "Art World's Golden Interflowing-the Grassland Culture Tour" which was jointly organized by the Ministry of culture and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Government. During the tour, he wrote inscriptions for several historic cultural sites in Inner Mongolia. On August 1, "China News-Chinese Culture Inheritance-Siu Fai Wing Special edition" was published by China News Agency. On August 3, "Sunrise from East-Chinese Painting Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing" was held at the Jiangsu Art Gallery. Sun Xiaoyuan, the curator hosted the opening ceremony. The exhibition was co-organized by Hong Kong Provincial CPPCC Fellowship, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Overseas Committee of the CPPCC of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Overseas Friendship Association, Jiangsu Provincial Chinese Culture Academy, and China Artists Association Jiangsu branch. Zhou Min, vice chairman of Provincial CPPCC made a special trip to attend the exhibition. On September 2, he was awarded with the "Honorary Citizen of Shantou" by the Shantou government. On October 8, he attended the "Art Exhibition of 100^th Anniversary of the Revolution of 1911" organized by Ministry of Culture and China National Art Gallery. His painting Pine, Bamboo and Plum Blossom was displayed at the exhibition and was collected by China National Art Gallery. He painted a huge painting together with China and overseas painters such as Yang Lizhou, Lin Hukui, and Situ Naizhong. The painting was collected by China National Art Gallery. On October 20, in order to celebrate the 30^th Anniversary of the establishment of the Shantou Special Economic Zone, "Art Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing" was held at both Lingdong Museum of Art and Siu Fai Wing Art Museum". On October 23, he attended "The Third Art Forum of Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao". The event was held in Macao and organized by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. On November 22, he attended "The 9^th National Congress of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles" and was elected as the member of the National Committee. Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. On November 29, his painting Spring Light was sold at Christie's auction in Hong Kong at the price of HKD 980,000. Accordingly, the price per square feet for his painting was close to 100 thousands HK dollars. In December, an album "Small Paintings by Siu Fai Wing" was published by Shenzhen Art Museum. His painting Green Pine was collected by Ministry of Defense of People's Republic of China. This year, he finished several important small size but very fine paintings.

2012

On January 7, he was hired as vice chairman of Jiangsu Overseas Friendship Association. On January 22, "Art Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing" was held at the Lingdong Museum of Art in Shantou for one month to celebrate the new year. On February 17, he organized the first gathering of Hong Kong Chinese Artists Sodality and finished a painting Spring together with other artists. The painting was collected by Culture and Sports Department of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong SAR. On February 25, "Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing's Small Paintings" was held at the Siu Fai Wing Blum Blossom Art Museum at the Plum Blossom Mountain in Nanjing for one month during the Plum Blossom Festival. On February 29, he went to Beijing to attend the National Committee of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. The National Committee adopted the rules of ethics for Chinese artists which is: "Love our county, for the people, advocating morality, uphold art". He wrote the characters by using bird-insect seal script. On March 30, he attended the opening ceremony of 100 Years Exhibition of Chen Dayu in China National Art Gallery in Beijing. On April 9, he leaded a delegation of Hong Kong Chinese Artists Sodality to Taiwan and met Xiao Wanchang, leader of Taiwan; Jiang Xiaoyan, vice chairman of Chinese Nationalist Party, Xiao Tianzan, council member of Chinese Nationalist Party, and representatives of cultural and art fields, such as Zhuang Ling, Du Zhonggao, Zhou Cheng, Jiang Mingxian, Feng Yi, and Lu Xijiong. On April 15, Recent Small Works of Siu Fai Wing was published by Shenzhen Art Museum. On April 19, he was invited by the Municipal Government of Weifang, Shandong to attend the opening ceremony of the Second Chinese Painting Festival, which was jointly organized by the Municipal Government and National Painting Academy, Chinese painting arts council of China Artists Association, and Chinese Painting Association. "Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing's Chinese Paintings" was also held at the same time. On April 26, in order to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the Establishment of Communist Party of China, "Sunrise from East-Chinese Painting Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing" was held at Shenzhen Art Museum, organized by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, China Artists Association, Chinese National Painting Academy, Hong Kong Provincial CPPCC Fellowship, Culture and Sports Department of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong SAR, Shenzhen Art Museum, and Shenzhen Press Group. This event was another important exhibition after the one at Jiangsu Art Gallery and it was also to celebrate the 15^th anniversary of reunification of Hong Kong with China. Li Gang, deputy director of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong SAR wrote a congratulatory inscription for the exhibition. On April 28, Li Gang, deputy director of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong SAR; Li Hao, former Party Secretary of Shenzhen Municipal party committee; Wang Jingsheng, member of the standing Committee of Shenzhen Municipal and Publicity Minister; Jiang Zaizhong, president of Ta Kung Pao and Huang Yanglue, chairman of Shenzhen Press Group cut the ribbon together at the opening ceremony of "Sunrise from East-Chinese Painting Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing". On September 11, he became the head of the cultural and art delegation of Hong Kong Provincial CPPCC Fellowship. They attended the activity of Depiction of Yan'an by Hundred Famous China and Overseas Artists and Love devotion. He donated his painting Ode of Yan'an and led the group to visit Yan'an revolutionary holy lands, Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, and Shaanxi Provincial Art Academy. On September 19, the activity of the Celebration of the Establishment of China Gallery Research Society was held in Hong Kong. Li Gang, deputy director of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong SAR; Zhang Junsheng, former vice president of Xinhua News Agency in Hong Kong; Tan Zhigang, vice chairman of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Liu Dawei, chairman of China Artists Association and Zhang Hai, Chairman of China Calligraphers Association gave speeches. Luo Yimin, vice chairmen of Provincial People's Political Consultative Conference; Zhou Heping, party secretary of Jiangsu Provincial Chinese Culture Academy; Song Yulin, chairman of China Artists Association Jiangsu branch attended the opening ceremony. More than hundred Hong Kong celebrities, such as Yang Sunxi, Ma Fengguo, Wang Guoqiang, Liu Weizhong, Zheng Chiyan, and Mi Jihong also attended the ceremony. All the guests had high regard for Siu's contribution to China and Hong Kong art circle. On October 12, "Exhibition of Small Paintings by Siu Fai Wing" was held at Zhejiang University, organized by the Institute of Chinese Art at Zhejiang University. Zhang Junsheng, Chen Zhenlian, Kong Zhonggi, Qian Dali and others hosted the opening ceremony. The art works exhibited were highly praised in the art field of Zhejiang. On October 15, he attended the opening ceremony of Zhou Changgu Art Museum. He donated his photos taken with Zhou Changgu and letter with Zhou Changgu to the museum for display. He also donated his Chinese painting "Orchid and Stone" as the museum collection. On November 10, a feature film "Cultural Celebrities of Lingnan: For the Flourishing of Art Field-Siu Fai Wing" was broadcasted by Guangdong TV. He completed some important paintings, such as Sunrise from East (ink and color on gold paper), The Grace of Gentleman (ink and color on silver paper), and Three Friends (ink and color on silver paper). On November 16, he was invited to attend the activity of "100^th Anniversary of Shanghai College of Fine Arts" in Shanghai. On November 18, he was invited to attend the activity of "100^th Anniversary of Guan Shanyue" at China National Art Gallery in Beijing. On November 19, invited by Hong Kong Arts Development Council, he attended "The Fourth Art Forum of Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao" which was held in Hong Kong and organized by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. He met with Sun Jiazheng, the chairman and Yang Chengzhi, the vice chairman at the event. On November 27, his painting Harmony was sold at Christie's auction in Hong Kong with the price of more than one million Hong Kong Dollar. Accordingly, the price per square feet for his painting was close to one hundred and thirty thousand Hong Kong Dollars. The Minor Planet Center announced that the asteroid discovered at the Xu Yi Station of the Purple Mountain Observatory on March 3, 2008, with global number 188973 was named as "Siu Fai Wing Star" in honor for Siu Fai Wing. He became the first Chinese painter and calligrapher who was awarded with this honor. A set of his sculptures: High standard, Loftiness, Harmony, and The Towering were awarded with "Guinness Asia Record". This year, he completed some important paintings, such as Sunrise from Eas, The Grace of Gentleman, Three Friends, and some small size paintings.

On January 2, "Sunrise from East-Chinese Painting Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing" was held at Hong Kong City Hall. Over 20 celebrities, including Liang Aishi, Yang Sunxi, Chen Youqing, Wu Yangwei, and Chen Weinan hosted the opening ceremony. Hundreds of guest from Hong Kong and Macao attended the event. The event was organized by the Purple Mountain Observatory of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Federation of Hong Kong Guangdong Community, Hong Kong Chiu Chow Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong Provincial CPPCC Fellowship, Institute of Chinese Art at Zhejiang University, Jiangsu Overseas Friendship Association, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Overseas Committee of the CPPCC of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Provincial Chinese Culture Academy, the administration bureau of the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, Jiangsu Provincial Calligraphers and Painters Fellowship, Nanjing Chaoshan Chamber of Commerce and Culture and Sports Department of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong SAR. Several media, including Xinhua News Agency and CCTV broadcasted the event and highly praised the artistic achievement of Siu Fai Wing. Zhou Jianmin, member of the standing committee of National Committee of CPPCC, vice chairman of Jiangsu Provencal CPPCC, dean of Nanjing Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences attended the conference to congratulate Siu. On April 7, his calligraphy in Bird-insect Seal Script and an article written by Xiao Ping to highly praise his calligraphy were issued on Hong Kong Commercial Daily. On April 13, celebration of "Siu Fai Wing Star" international nomenclature was held in Shantou, organized by the Purple Mountain Observatory of Chinese Academy of Sciences. His sculpture "Siu Fai Wing Star" was also inaugurated. Meanwhile, "Art Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing's Bird-insect Seal Script Calligraphy" was held at Lingdong Museum of Art. On April 16, celebration of "Siu Fai Wing Star" international nomenclature was held in Hong Kong. The event was organized by the Purple Mountain Observatory of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Federation of Hong Kong Guangdong Community, Hong Kong Provincial CPPCC Fellowship, Hong Kong Chiu Chow Chamber of Commerce. Guo Hanping, director of Veteran Bureau of Jiangsu Province, on behalf of both Luo Zhijun, Jiangsu Provincial Party Secretary and Li Xueyong, the governor of province, attended the event. Other guests included Zhou Heping, vice chairman of Jiangsu Overseas Friendship Association, Lu Chunlin, party secretary of the Purple Mountain Observatory of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and other directors and specialists of the observatory came to Hong Kong to attend the event. Over 200 guests, including Yang Jianping, deputy director; Xu Dong, the Secretary-General of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong SAR; Lin Shuzhe and Liu Hanquan, members of the standing committee of National Committee of CPPCC; Wang Guoqiang, chairman of Guangdong Associations; Jiang Zaizhong, president of Ta Kung Pao; and Zhou Zhenji, chairman of Chiu Chow Chamber of Commerce, as well as head of several associations and celebrities of Hong Kong attended the celebration event. In April, a feature film " The First asteroid in the Painting Field-Siu Fai Wing" was produced and distributed by Shantou TV. In June 13, "Art Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing's Calligraphy" was held at the Hong Kong City Hall. Chen Youqing, vice chairman of the National Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese; Wang Guoqiang, member of National Committee of CPPCC and chairman of Guangdong Associations; Jiang Zaizhong, president of Ta Kung Pao; Liu Hanqi, minister and Gao Hengbin, vice minister of Culture and Sports Department of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong SAR; and Chen Younan, chairman of Federation of Hong Kong Chiu Chow Community Organizations hosted the opening ceremony. This was the first solo exhibition of calligraphy by Siu Fai Wing and it was also the first exhibition of calligraphy in Bird-insect Seal Script in the art field. From June 16 to June 18, he attended the seventh meeting of board of directors of China Artists Association and met professor Hou Yimin. On July 1, in order to celebrate the 16^th anniversary of reunification of Hong Kong with China, "Art Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing's Chinese Paintings, Calligraphy and Sculpture" was held at the National Committee of the CPPCC. The event was jointly organized by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Calligraphy and Painting Department of the National Committee of CPPCC, and China Artists Association. An album "The Art of Siu Fai Wing-Chinese Paintings, Calligraphy and Sculpture" was also published. Ma Biao and Luo Fuhe, vice chairman of the National Committee of CPPCC; Sun Huaishan, the Secretary-General of the National Committee of CPPCC; Sun Jiazheng, chairman of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles; yang Chengzhi, vice chairman of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Zhang Siqing, director of the Calligraphy and Painting Department of the National Committee of CPPCC; Liu Dawei, chairman of China Artists Association; Wu Changjiang, executive vice chairman of China Artists Association; Su Shishu and Li Zhuobin, members of the standing committee of National Committee of CPPCC; famous artists including Liu Boshu, Zou Peizhu, Wu Weishan, Yan Gongda, and Xiao Ping; eminent guests such as Lin Liyun, Zhang Junsheng, Zhu Deqin, Zhao Guangting, Wan Boao, and Gu Hanping attended the open ceremony and the exhibition. His sculpture "Song of Bird" and calligraphy in Bird-insect Seal Script "The Dream of China" were collected by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. From July 14 to July 20, he participated in the cultural and art exchange activity of "Art World's Golden Interflowing", which was jointly organized by Chinese Ministry of Culture and Jiangxi Provincial People's Government. He became the deputy head of the delegation of Hong Kong. Early October, he attended the fourth meeting of the China Overseas Friendship Association and he became director and member of the committee of culture, science and education. Together with all other directors, he met and took picture with Yu Zhengsheng, chairman of National Committee of CPPCC. On October 13, he participated in the "The Fifth Art Forum of Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao" held in Chengde. The event was jointly organized by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Hebei Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department. He also published a paper "Discussion on Inheritance and Development of Contemporary Chinese Painting". On October, invited by French and Chinese Cultural Exchange Center through Wen Wei Po, his painting "A Flourishing Scene of Prosperity" was selected to participate the "Invitation Exhibition of Chinese Calligraphy and Paintings" at Louvre in France for the fiftieth anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France On October 22, he attended the 110^th anniversary of the members of the General Assembly of Xiling Seal Association and met with members from both mainland China and overseas. On October 23, "Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing's Calligraphy" was held at Zhejiang University, organized by the Institute of Chinese Art at Zhejiang University and Fine Art Department of Zhejiang University. On October 26, he attended the Fifth Art Forum of Painting and Discussion about West Lake. His paintings Spring Breeze and Summer Rain and Scholar with Plum Blossom were selected to participate in the First Shanghai Cooperation Organization International Art Biennale and awarded with the Gold prize. On October 27, he gave a lecture to PhD and graduate students of Fine Art Department of Zhejiang University. His Bird-insect Seal Script calligraphy was recognized and praised highly by the students and teachers. On October 28, some representative artists of Member States of Shanghai Organization went to attend "Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing's Calligraphy" and his calligraphy was highly praised. From November 13 to November 30, "Art Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing-Chinese Paintings, Calligraphy and Sculpture" was held at the Lingdong Museum of Art to celebrate the upgrade of museum to provincial status.

2014

On January 20, he led members of Hong Kong Artists Association to visit Wen Wei Po and they painted together there to celebrate the 65^th anniversary of the establishment of Wen Wei Po. They completed a painting "Harmony" for Wen Wei Po. On February 28, he established Hong Kong Artists Association and became the founding chairman. On March 26, he attended the second "Global Outstanding Chinese Award" ceremony. Together with the renowned religious Master Xing Yun, the Nobel Prize in Literature winner Mo Yan, and other well known figures, he won the "Global Outstanding Chinese Award". On May 23, Rong Bao Zhao (Hong Kong) was re-open in Hong Kong and it hosted "Art Exhibition of Siu Fai Wing" as the first exhibition for Hong Kong and overseas artists. An album The Art of Siu Fai Wing was also published by Rong Bao Zhao (Hong Kong). On June 27, he attended the Hong Kong Exhibition of Shanghai Art Works at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, which was jointly organized by Ta Kung Pao, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Shanghai Branch, and China Artists Association shanghai Branch. He cut the ribbon and gave speech at the opening ceremony and hosted the seminar. On July 17, his painting Harmony was displayed at the Carter Center in the exhibition to commemorate the 35^th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations in Sino-US. The event was organized by China Artists Association. The painting was also published on the album The USA, in the Eyes of Chinese Artists-Celebration of the 35^th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations in Sino-US. On July 21, he attended the Exhibition of Lin Rongsheng's Chinese Paintings, which was organized by Ta Kung Pao at Hong Kong City Hall. He cut the ribbon and gave speech at the opening ceremony. On July 25, he attended the Joint Member Exhibition of 32^th anniversary of Hong Kong Art Society at the Hong Kong City Hall. He cut the ribbon and gave speech at the opening ceremony. On August 15, he attended the Tour Exhibition of Guangdong Painting Academy (2014 Hong Kong), which was organized by Guangdong Provence International Culture Exchange Center at Hong Kong City Hall. He cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony and hosted the seminar. In August, his Chinese Painting Spring Flowers was selected for participating in the 12^th Exhibitions of National Art Works and his painting earned him the Excellence Award. On September 19, he hosted the First Joint Member Exhibition of Hong Kong Artists Association and he gave speech at the opening ceremony. On September 21, he was invited to impromptu paint at the open day of the 65th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China at the Ministry of Foreign Independent Commissioner. He finished a painting Plum Blossom and gave it to the Commissioner for collection. On October 18, he was invited to attended the 26^th Tsuen Wan Art Festival at the Tsuen Wan City Hall. He impromptu did the painting at the event. On October 23, Wen Wei Po issued an article "Siu Fai Wing-Promoting Chinese Art ; Icebreaking political deadlock" to praise his contribution on culture and art. On November 12, he led the member of Hong Kong Artists Association to gather in front of the Police Headquarters at Wan Chai to support police enforcement against the illegal "Occupation of Central". He wrote a calligraphy in seal script to show his respect to the police. In November, his painting Landscape of Taoism was displayed at the Tour Exhibition of Paintings with the Theme of Taoism by Famous Artists" held in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Southeast Asia and South Korea. The painting was published on the album Paintings of Taoism. On November 30, he donated his painting Plum Blossom hand scroll to auction for fundraising at Asian Film Awards Academy and raised HKD 600,000. In December, he was employed as the member of evaluation experts of the Public Arts Professional Committee of Chinese Cultural Management Association. On December 13, he cut the ribbon and gave speech at the opening ceremony of "The Sole Exhibition of Liu Baoshen" and he hosted the seminar as well.

2015

On January 11, he attended the Exhibition of Calligraphy and Paintings by Zhou Guocheng, which was organized by Xiling Seal Association, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Guangzhou Branch, and China Artists Association Guangzhou Branch. The event was held in Hong Kong City Hall. He cut the ribbon and gave speech at the opening ceremony. On February 4, he was interviewed in the TV program "Have Fan in Guangdong" which was produced by the ATV at Shantou Art and Culture Plaza. In March, his painting Harmony-Long Standing was displayed at the Exhibition of Chinese Painting Society at China National Art Gallery, which was held by Chinese Painting Society. On June 8, he cut the ribbon and gave speech at the opening ceremony of "The Exhibition of Boneless Paintings" held by Tsi Ku Chai Co., Ltd. and Chung Hwa Book Co., (H.K.) Ltd.. He also had dialogues with Professor Li Kuizheng and painters from Mainland and Hong Kong on the next day. From July 13 to 18, "Sunrise from East-Professor Siu Fai Wing's Art Exhibition" was organized by Chinese Artists Association, Hong Kong Culture and Art Foundation, Ta Kung Pao (H.K.) LTD., Wen Wei Po Daily News, Xinhua News Agency in Hong Kong, Central Digital TV Chinese Art Channel, HKCPPCC (Provincial) Members Association, Federation of Hong Kong Guangdong Community, China Cultural City Limited, Chung Hwa Book Co., Association of Overseas Chinese Artists, Shantou Television, Xiang Gang Mei Xie, Siu Fai Wing Art Museum, co-organized by United Nations Commutech Group, Inc. and China Gallery Research Association. It was held at United Nations Headquarters building, New York in celebration of the 70^th anniversary of the United Nations and the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War, the 36^th anniversary of the establishment of Sino-America Diplomatic relations, and the 18^th anniversary of Hong Kong's reunification with China.
